Have you ever watched a Robin Hood movie and wanted to be part of it? Ever thought about being one of the Merry Men being chased by Norman soldiers, or a poor peasant being tortured by the evil Sheriff of Nottingham? We definitely have!

That’s why we’re doing a larp about the adventures of Robin Hood and his Merry Men. For four days we’re going to leave the real world behind and step into legend, and play out scenes and stories from the tales of Robin Hood.

At this event you get to play a number of amazing dramatic scenes inspired by Robin Hood stories and movies at the spectacular Grodziec Castle in southwestern Poland. We’ll provide everything from costumes and weapons to beds and food, and you’ll sleep, eat and live at the castle for four days.

As mentioned, Robin Hood is a larp event, which means you get to dress up in costume and pretend to be a character from the Robin Hood legends. Each scene will have its own cast, so you’ll get to play a variety of different roles during the course of the larp.

In some scenes, you’ll play a Norman soldier, trying to catch the elusive outlaws. In some scenes, you’ll play one of Robin Hood’s bandits, and in other scenes you’ll play as either a Noble or a Peasant. And finally, you’ll get to play main characters (Robin Hood, Prince John, etc).

You’ll also get to be trained by the world’s fastest archery, the Dane Lars Andersen, who will be doing archery workshops before the larp. Lars will also play the larp, and though we won’t tell you which scene he’ll play Robin Hood in, we can promise you it’s one of them!
